BLAINE

JUNE 1

Theft. A 23-year-old man called police and wanted to turn himself in, according to police reports. He stated he was the manager of a business and had taken its bank deposits over the weekend. An officer contacted the owner and she said the deposits from May 28 and 29 had not made it to the bank. The man agreed to come in to the police department to give a statement.

JUNE 2

Property damage. A woman called police to report that someone had broken boards off of her fence at her home on the 500 block of 87th Lane NE. An officer found deer tracks at the opening of the fence and white fur was found stuck in the fence boards.

FRIDLEY

JUNE 1

Medical. According to police reports, a 60-year-old woman from a home on the 7400 block of West Circle NE. called 911 and requested help but did not want police, rescue or an ambulance. Police arrived at the home and found the woman had been drinking but appeared capable of caring for herself. Paramedics also evaluated her and she signed a refusal to be transported. A family member was contacted and advised of the situation.

LEXINGTON

JUNE 7

Theft. A woman called police to report a theft at her home on the 9000 block Jackson Avenue. According to police reports, someone entered two vehicles that were in her driveway and stole alcohol, cash, lottery tickets and a compact disc player. The woman said her vehicles had been locked, but there were no signs of forced entry.

LINWOOD

MAY 29

Property damage. Two 17-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy were arrested in the 21700 block of Viking Boulevard NE. According to police reports, the boys had thrown a firecracker in a friend's driveway as a prank, and a pine tree caught on fire. They were charged with curfew violations and creating a negligent fire.

MOUNDS VIEW

JUNE 7

Theft. Someone stole a Radio Flyer wagon on the 8100 block of Jackson Drive.

JUNE 9

Drunken driving. Police stopped a vehicle for failing to signal a turn on County Road H2 West and Sunnyside. A 41-year-old Columbia Heights woman was arrested for drunken driving.

RAMSEY

MAY 24

Burglary. Police responded to a reported burglary at a home in the 14500 block of Nowthen Boulevard NW. According to police reports, someone entered the home by removing a window screen and stole items from the residence while two people were sleeping in another room. The burglar left the home through a back door, locking the door with the button on the knob while exiting. The door had been deadbolted.

Indecent exposure. A woman called police to report that a naked man was riding a bike in the 5800 block of 160th Lane NW. An officer spoke to several neighbors who were standing in their front yards and witnessed the incident. The witnesses told police that the man and his friends were drinking and had gone into a house. Police arrested the 35-year-old man for indecent exposure. His portable breath test result was .354.

ST. ANTHONY

MAY 30

Theft. A woman called police to report a theft at her home in the 3600 block of Coolidge Street. She said someone had stolen a green pepper plant in a planter and a tomato plant from her front porch.

JUNE 4

Driving violations. Police arrested a 79-year-old woman at Stinson Boulevard and 37th Avenue for driving with an invalid driver's license and failure to wear a seat belt.
