Theft. A 33-year-old woman was arrested for theft after she was caught shoplifting at Toys 'R' Us, 170 89th Av. NE.

DEC. 19

Burglary. A safe, cash and guns were stolen from Arrow Fence Co., 18607 Highway 65 NE. The front door had been forced open.

FALCON HEIGHTS

DEC. 16

Theft. A 23-year-old man told police that he met an unknown man in the 1500 block of Larpenteur Avenue to sell his phone. The suspect drove off with the victim's phone without paying for it.

FRIDLEY

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to a report of a woman screaming in the 7800 block of Alden Way NE. She told officers that she was having an argument over the phone.

DEC. 12

Drugs. Officers responded to a report of an argument in the 8100 block of Fairmont Circle NE. They arrested a 21-year-old man for possession of a controlled substance.

DEC. 19

Domestic. Officers responded to a report of a domestic in the 1300 block of Skywood Lane NE. Two sisters, ages 20 and 30, were arguing about two missing pairs of leggings.

HAM LAKE

DEC. 21

Theft. A 2008 Honda Accord was stolen from a driveway in the 3100 block of 143rd Avenue NE. The car had been left running.

LAUDERDALE

DEC. 16

Burglary. Officers spotted a suspicious vehicle parked outside a garage in the 1600 block of Carl Street. Footprints led to the garage, where they found and arrested a 46-year-old man for burglary. They also arrested one of two women in the vehicle for driving after revocation and without insurance.

MAHTOMEDI

DEC. 11

Soliciting. Three people soliciting for a religious purpose without a permit were reported in the 300 block of Jesse James Lane. Authorities were unable to locate them.

MAPLEWOOD

DEC. 11

Traffic. A driver in the area of White Bear Avenue and North St. Paul Road was cited for failing to dim high beam headlights and failure to change the address on his license within 30 days.

NEW BRIGHTON

DEC. 10

Warrant/open bottle. A 35-year-old man was arrested on a warrant and for having an open bottle after being pulled over in the area of Mounds and Thorndale avenues.

NOWTHEN

DEC. 20

Theft. Two snowmobiles and a trailer were stolen from a driveway in the 18700 block of Zeolite Street NW.

STILLWATER TOWNSHIP

DEC. 12

Suspicious activity. Authorities received a call about a truck pulling into the driveway of a long vacant home in the 10000 block of Pawnee Avenue. They determined that the vehicle was a plow truck.
