"Hiring Our Heroes" program will set up at TCF Stadium on Thursday with workshops and mentoring sessions.

More than 55 employers are expected to participate in a "Hiring Our Heroes" jobs fair for military veterans.
Thursday at TCF Bank Stadium, 420 23rd Av. SE.
Companies range from the nation's largest employers to dozens of small companies from across the state.
The event will include a free GE employment workshop that features one-on-one mentoring sessions on resum building, resum writing and interviewing techniques for all job-seeking veterans and service members.
The job fair is part of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's National Chamber Foundation and RecruitMilitary program to connect veterans and military spouses with jobs.
The job fair is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The employment workshop is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.
Interested job seekers can register for free at www.recruitmilitary.com. Walk-ins are allowed with a proper military identification.
