A 55-year-old man was arrested Monday after his wife was found dead in their south Minneapolis home.

A 911 call about 8:40 a.m. brought police to the home in the 1000 block of W. 61st Street, a few blocks west of Lyndale Avenue, where emergency responders declared the woman dead at the scene.

Business associates identified the woman as Michelle Le, 48, owner of Penn Nails and Spa in Richfield. She opened the business in 2013. A friend said Le and her husband were quiet but friendly.

Her husband was arrested at the home, and he was jailed on suspicion of murder.

Police have yet to reveal how the woman was killed, her identity or the circumstances leading to her death. Police did say they are not looking for any other suspects.
