Commuters are getting caught up in the backup resulting from a crash on northbound 35W at 38th Street. Kudos to the drivers who did manage to get the carnage out of the center lane and over to the right. Look for a 17-minute trip from the Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.
Crews continue to upright a semi that tipped over on the ramp from northbound 35W to westbound Hwy. 13 in Burnsville. Traffic in that area has loosened and is flowing nicely up to 494.
