Calling All Car Shows
Car-show season starts in earnest soon and when it does, Auto Scene switches exclusively to a listing of car shows. Sponsors who want their shows listed should e-mail show information at least five (5) weeks in advance to: jamesbohen@yahoo.com. Please include all of the following:
Show name, city, location (park, fairgrounds, auto dealership, etc.), date(s), hours and sponsoring organization.
Admission information for the general public only (NOT for those entering vehicles; include different charges for various age groups and what ages get in free, if applicable).
The brands or types of vehicles to be shown.
Any additional aspects of the show (music, swap meet, put on in conjunction with a town or church festival, etc.).
Contact information (phone numbers, e-mail and/or website addresses).
Space will determine how much information is used and how many shows get listed. Auto Scene will list as many shows as possible, with priority during the busiest weeks of the summer to shows in the metro area.
