With the Lynx expecting their biggest home crowd of the season, the prospect of the team playing without star forward Maya Moore, who suffered a thigh bruise in the second half of a victory at Los Angeles on Tuesday, had some fans uneasy.
They can put their fears to rest as Lynx coach Cheryl Reeve confirmed that Moore is expected to occupy her usual spot in the starting lineup for her team's rematch with the Sparks at Target Center.
"She's moving well," Reeve said. "She moved well yesterday and she moved well in shootaround today. Unless she's uncomfortable with something that happens in warm-ups, she's a go. We just have to keep an eye on it as the game progresses."
Reeve said that she has no plans to play Moore on a limited basis.
"I'm a big believer that if a player's available and it's her job to start, she'll start," Reeve said.

"It's exciting," Reeve said. "We're going to surpass our home opener, which takes six months to sell. These are the things that make it fun."
