Perhaps Republican legislative leaders decided that "disappointing" would be the official talking point when DFL Gov. Mark Dayton vetoed their proposal to tap reserves to speed the repayment of money to public schools.
In news conferences after the veto Thursday, House and Senate Republicans called it "disappointing" no fewer than 10 times.
