Jordan Horn topped the 1,000-point plateau as Class 4A, No. 10 Tartan defeated North St. Paul 87-61 on Friday night in boys' basketball. Horn finished with 19 points.

The Titans went on a 15-4 run to close out the first half with the Polars best player, Goodnews Kpegeol on the bench. Kpegeol led the visiting Polars with 18 points and Bryce Phillips had 16.

Jordan Thompson had 17 points and Noah Whalen 16 for the Titans.

Osseo 64, Totino-Grace 62: The Orioles overcame a seven-point deficit at halftime to defeat the visiting Class 3A, No. 6 Eagles. Zach Theisen led the Orioles with 25 points and John Bezdicek added 14. Nathan Kavolak led the Eagles with 22 points and Rocky Kreuser had 16.

Delano 89, Orono 79: Calvin Wishart scored 32 points to lead the host Class 3A, No. 2 Tigers past the No. 5 Spartans. Derek Techam had 17 points, Keegan O'Neill 13 and Dylan Gilmer and Nick Cayler 12 each for the Tigers. Max Bjorklund led the Spartans with 27 points. Jarvis Thomas had 23 points and Griffen Sage and Noel Mshihiri had 10 each for the Spartans.

Girls' basketball

Cretin-Derham Hall 56, Park of Cottage Grove 55 (OT): The host Raiders outlasted the Wolfpack in overtime. Chan'el Anderson-Manning led the Raiders with 15 points. Haley Moore had 13 points and Autam Mendez 12 for the Raiders. Riley Perryman led the Wolfpack with 17 points and Taylor Johnson scored 14.

Wayzata 68, Minnetonka 59: Jasmine Smiley scored 15 points to lead the visiting Trojans to an upset of the Class 4A, No. 10 Skippers. Camryn Hay and Mimi Schrader had 14 points each and Kallie Theisen 13 for the Trojans. Kayla Mershon led all scorers with 18 points for the Skippers. Megan Walker had 11 points and Katey Brattland 10 for the Skippers.

Elk River 68, Andover 56: Lydia Haack scored 20 points to lead the Class 4A, No. 2 Elks past the visiting Huskies. Gabi Haack had 19 points and Ava Kramer 15 for the Elks. Jolene Daninger led the Huskies with 27 points.

Girls' hockey

South St. Paul 1, Woodbury 0 (OT): Mackenna Emery scored 1:50 into overtime to lift the host Class 1A, No. 18 Packers past the Royals. Allison Beix stopped 32 shots for the Royals. Kaity McKenzie stopped 15 shots for the Packers.
