Eclectic Edge dances through 15 years

Minnesota jazz dance company Eclectic Edge Ensemble marks its 15th anniversary with a look at its own history and repertory. That means works by some of the biggest names in jazz dance both locally and nationally, including Danny Buraczeski's "Points on a Curve" from 1998 and Zoe Sealy's "Ella," which premiered 19 years ago at the University of Minnesota. The company also revisits Karla Grotting's "Hold and Release" and Cynthia Gutierrez-Garner's "All Together Now," plus there's a new work by Gutierrez-Garner on loss and community. Finally, a medley by EEE artistic director Karis Sloss highlights favorite dances from the past 15 years.
