Authorities have identified a 5-year-old girl who died in an SUV rollover in the south metro, one of three children in the vehicle who were not in the proper restraint devices.

Marshunna Henderson, 5, died from multiple injuries Sunday night, less than an hour after the crash on Interstate 35 just north of the Elko/New Market exit, the Hennepin County medical examiner's office said Wednesday.

Another passenger, 9-year-old Jaevon Davis, was seriously injured, according to the State Patrol. He was airlifted to Hennepin County Medical Center.

Those two children and 3-year-old Wamaya Henderson were not in restraint devices, according to the patrol. The 3-year-old was unharmed.

The driver, Anthony D. Walker, 33, two other adults and a 12-year-old boy were wearing their seat belts. The adults were not hurt, while the boy, Steven D. Davis Jr., survived his injuries.
