Spend $99 or more for free shipping. The minimum order amount is reduced periodically throughout the holiday season.
TARGET
Redcard holders get free shipping year round. Non Redcard holders get free shipping on select purchases of $50 or more year round. Target is considering whether to expand expedited shipping at no additional charge on virtually all items from Dec. 12-19 for all customers. Standard shipping policies will still apply.
WAL-MART
Customers can pick up online orders free at a nearby Wal-Mart store or FedEx office. Same-day home delivery is $10 in the Twin Cities, but the first order is currently free. The HomeFree program includes free home shipping on 100,000 items on orders of $45 or more through late December.
